By downloading, installing, or using Inventory Pro ("App" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

License Grant

- You grant us a license to use your content solely to provide the Service
- You represent that you have rights to all content you upload
Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the App may be used by us without compensation or attribution.
Service Availability
Uptime
- We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
Support
- Support is provided according to your subscription plan
- Support hours and response times vary by plan
- We reserve the right to limit support for accounts in violation of these Terms
Limitation of Liability
Service Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Limitation of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Maximum Liability
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Data Loss
While we implement security measures and backups, we are not liable for data loss. You should maintain your own backups.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Deltara Tech harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your data or content uploaded to the App
Termination
By You
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide refunds for the current period
- You may continue using the Service until the end of your current billing period
By Us
We may terminate your account for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Illegal or harmful use of the Service
- Extended periods of inactivity
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the App will cease
- Your data will be retained for 30 days for potential recovery
- After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted
- These Terms will survive termination where applicable
Updates and Changes
App Updates
- We may update the App to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance
- Updates may be automatic or require manual installation
- Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of changes

Jurisdiction
Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Louisiana, USA.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any subscription agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Deltara Tech regarding the App.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
